[Monday afternoon, Susato can be found out near the lighthouse, poking a head in the door.]

I have, but not in great detail yet. There are spots that interest me... This place is one of them and the courtyard seems to have stories to tell.

No, I have not. When I say unreadable, well. . . they were smudged everywhere you might expect to find useful information.
I checked some books today and they were legible.

. . . Ascend? So then the watchers may have been humans once?
It would seem so. I didn't get to eavesdrop on all of the Watchers' conversations, so I'm not sure if they are made from "Dust" or they were humans that ascended.

There was this one line that was strange. Some of the text was smudged, so we can only fill out the blanks. Something was one group of angels, which would make it two groups of angels.

That must describe the two factions, mustn't it? The Celestials and Temporals?
Then. . . the watchers report to some higher entity. Perhaps the book describes the origins of those entities? Or else a process that has occurred before.

I am assuming so, though we're barred from knowing what this entity is and if all of the current Watchers regard it. It would seem that whatever we're entangled in might have a longer history.
