Sugar would be perfect. Though I usually go for honey first, full aware am I that our resources are quite limited here.

Well enough, I would say. Alisaie and I have spent much of our time searching about, though my feet could use a break, I confess.

Alisaie. . . I haven't spoken with her yet. But she must be your sister, yes?

Indeed, she is. 'Tis been quite fortunate to have her around.

Yes - I can only imagine how reassuring it must be to have your sister here by your side.

Well enough. I have been trying to make the best of circumstances and gather what supplies I can.

[ He makes the briefest of pauses in thought, then: ]

Aught you may need any assistance with? So busy have I been scouring the city for clues that I have failed to stop and think about the basic necessities required for the long haul...

[She considers this for a moment.]

. . . Well, we ought to gather any medical supplies we can find, but decent quality in those seems to be in short supply. We must also locate any non-perishable food or foodstuffs that can be preserved, and get to work on preserving it.

I should hope we are not here for the long haul but there is no disadvantage in preparedness.

[arcsplainist]

As I hope myself, yet drawing from past experience would tell me this will not be a short venture. Indeed, we must needs scavenge as thoroughly as we are able, and make careful use of our resources.

[booksleeves]

I quite agree. So let us both put our best efforts in to make the most of our time here.

Perhaps we should all try to pool our resources together?

I think that would be a fine idea, don't you? I dislike the notion of hoarding resources when we could be helping everyone.
